Indeed money is a huge topic in today’s time. Having been in the business of money and finances throughout my ‘worldly’ career’, I can sing a few tunes concerning this topic. Long before the 2000 crash I had realized that the systems and structures we created individually as well as globally were not viable and sustainable and would have to be replaced with new ones. I left Germany and the financial world and moved to New York, the global hub of finances, in order to assist in this process of economic and financial transformation.

Immediately behind personal transformation, money and finances is actually my favorite topic. Because the collapse of our present financial, socio-economic and environmental structures and systems is no longer just about markets correcting themselves or catching a few ‘thieves’. Instead, it is about human transformation and evolution! It presents us with the great opportunity to transform ourselves and our environment. And this, has very little to do with money or finances but a lot with our perceptions, beliefs and the way we view and treat each other and our environment. Who we are affects every aspect of our daily life from relationships and career to monetary and financial matters.

Therefore, I recommend a program called “Self-Transformation through Self-Realization” based on the teachings of a group of (American) Indian Spirit Guides which helps us to discover WHO we are in Truth, WHAT our inherent core (survival) fears are (based on our pre-birth arrangement) and what defense mechanisms we have developed in our early childhood to cope with these fears. The teachings are very self-transformative and powerful.

The time for change and transformation is now! We are all inhabiting this very same planet at the same time, however, we do live in different realities. Depending what reality one lives in, one conducts oneself, one’s career, relationships as well as financial and money matters either in the old or the new paradigm.

Whatever issue you have, you can face it. There is a deep issue within you that you have been running away from. You don’t want to face it. Suddenly, you see it, staring you in the face. It may have been haunting you all your life. And now you see it. Now it is as if you see yourself under an X-ray. There is no avoiding it now.

Perhaps your issue is abandonment. That sounds clinical, yet it may be your underlying issue. It may be what you have been running away from, that you have an issue that is at the crux of your dealing in life. It may be at the crux of all your sadness and all the vague uneasiness you feel.

A workman may say he is coming to do some necessary work, and then he doesn’t come at all. You don’t know why that hits you so hard. He got your hopes up. He was going to do a great job, and now you don’t know whether or not he is coming ever, and you are crushed. Or he comes and does not live up to his promise in other ways, and you are so disappointed. The workman became a bigger issue to you than himself. He perhaps symbolized all the disappointments in your life.

At some point in your life, when you were a child, you felt you were out there as a stray, and strays long to be picked up and reassured. You perhaps did not have the reassurance. The sense of bereftness has lingered. Without realizing it, you may have carried this seemingly-forgotten anguish around with you.

The world has not always been a safe place for your beautiful heart. You made too much of the world. You let the world decide your well-being. The world may not have come to the fore to take good care of your needs. And you thought you were dependent upon the world.

Whatever the deep abiding issue within you may be called, it arises from your dependency on the world. Under the underlying issue lies another issue. But I think the crux of your issue, whatever its name, lies in a perceived utter subjection to the world.

The world is temperamental, beloveds. You do not always feel honored, respected, or taken care of by the world. It may not have taken good care of you, and now, perhaps, you blame your sense of desolation on a mere workman. You hadn’t realized how fragile you felt, and yet what you feel is not always what is.

If you were dependent upon how the world treats you, you would indeed be in trouble. Once you were little, and you were helpless. Now you are big, and you are not helpless. Yet you may still see yourself as helpless, just a little cog in a big wheel. You may even feel like the dartboard of the world. This is illusion.

You are not at the mercy of the world. That is only a thought, and, like the world, your thoughts are not always reliable.

To recognize the fallacy of this thought is part of your education in life. It is time for you to graduate from this fallacy. It is never too late. The time is now.

This reliance on the world is an old thought whose time is done. Now you break through the ribbon of this thought, and you come out a winner of the race. Your old belief is not so powerful as it once was. It is dwindling, as well it must. You are moving out of the domain of this illusory out-dated thought and moving on to new thoughts that support you. Once you were on a swing of unreliability, and now you are firmly on your own two feet, and you know you are with Me, and you know you are solidly in a reality of certainty. The world is not, once and for all, the decider of you, and now you no longer hold on to the thought that you require a savior. You are already safe with Me. I will never abandon you. And now you will never abandon yourself again to the winds of the world.

There is a full day before you. It is a complete 24 hours. That has been agreed upon. The world attempts to be allied with nature and follow the sun. Often the world gets caught up in cement and dollars. What do cement and dollars have to do with nature? And yet the world tries.

The world tries to understand the sun and the stars. It contemplates them. The astronomers seek to know the love of the galaxies as much as a poet does. There is a seeking to get inside and get closer to the magnificence of the stars. There is the physical level, and there is the level that far outreaches the physical. Surely there is more to the lovelies of nature than the matter they are made of. Surely there is more to poetry than the words poems are made of. There is always something more, and yet the something more cannot always be pinned down, and, yet, it can be felt, and it can be enjoyed.

The physical offers its joys, yet if life were only physical and nothing more than physical, how much joy would there be? Physical matter is not infinite. It has an end. As much as you want to investigate the physical, the physical has its limits. That the physical has limits means that there is an end to it. It means that the physical is finite. As much as you desire to solve a puzzle, once you have solved it, there is an emptiness, a let-down, and the joy is reduced.

Fortunately, there is Infinity, the something more that you desire to grasp. The thing is that Infinity, by its very nature, is not graspable. And that is its very joy. It is unending. There is always more to it. Words fall short. One discovery leads to another. There is no conclusion. Infinity does not conclude. Your joy in the infinite nature of life is a niggling joy. It teases. That which you love about Infinity also eludes you.

That’s okay. Infinity does not have to know itself. Infinity is as Infinity does. The merry-go-ride of Infinity keeps on going. There is no getting off. And you are always on the merry-go-round ride. There is neither getting on nor getting off. That’s Infinity for you. That is its joy, and that is what makes it ephemeral. You crave Infinity, and yet you want to divide it into parts. You want to dissect that which is incapable of being dissected. That is its sweetness, and that is its torment.

Fortunately, you do not have to choose, for you are in the grasp of Infinity. Infinity never drops you off anywhere. You are Infinity trying to grasp its own nature which is whole and yet is indiscernible.

From nothingness everything comes. From emptiness everything comes. And yet, from the nothingness and emptiness and silence of Infinity, concrete arises. The Source of All is not seen. The Source of All is indelible, and yet not seen. It cannot be erased, nor can it be seen in order to be erased.

You swim in the deep waters at the same time as you seemingly drift on top of a winding river. You are on target. You have reached your destination even though you don’t really know what your destination is. At the same time, how can you reach Infinity when you are already established in Infinity?

What is it that you have to know and understand about the waters of life when you are the song of life itself? You sing in your depths, and you sing in your heights. All the while you swim in the ocean of yourself, infinite Being that you are.

You live on Earth while you are anchored in Heaven. There is no distance between Us. I am everywhere, and you are everywhere with Me. I am in Heaven, and, therefore, you are in Heaven. Heaven is a state of mind, and yet Heaven is more. Heaven is a Reality. Heaven is not fiction. Your perception of Earth life is fiction. Your caterwauling is fiction. Suffering is fiction. Illness is fiction.

I hear your protests. Pain is real, you say. Suffering is real. Illness is real. People die from it, you say.

Inasmuch as no one dies, dying is also fiction. Popular fiction. Fiction that a high price is paid for.

Either you are immortal, or you are not. Your body is mortal. You are immortal. If you were only a body, life would be such a limited thing. Here today and gone tomorrow, as they say. You and I are forever. That is the Reality.

What was Christ saying when he said you do not die? What was he saying when he said, “I am resurrected.” You have to know that Christ is with you still. He is not, was not his body. This is as true for you as it is for Christ. Ashes to ashes refers to your body, not to you.

I understand that it is easier for you to believe in the visible rather than the invisible. Sight is a sense like any other. All the five senses belong to the body. Surely I don’t collect bodies in Heaven. There is sight beyond seeing. There is knowing. If you could see Me, God, in a body, would I be more to you, or would I be less?

You have enough difficulty with your own physicality. Would you really want to keep your body forever? Would you always want to be on stage at the theater? You do like to go backstage, and take off your make-up and your costumes. After your performance in the theater, you do want to come Home where you can just be and not get caught up in all the performance and worldly matters.

As engaging as life on Earth is, it is not the only life. No question, life on Earth is a stand-out. It gets cheered, and it gets booed. You are not really in the show for all time, however. You do run off stage. Scenes come to an end. Acts come to an end. Plays come to an end.

Life on Earth is often lovely, lively, most beautiful, and it is also often sad, empty, and annoying. It is a given that physical life is short-term. When was it otherwise?

Death seems unreal because it is unreal. Death is not true, nor is life on Earth true. On Earth there are embodiments of Truth. Truth can be found on Earth because the Truth of you does exist always wherever you may be or wherever you may think you are.

Your True Voice cannot be heard by the ears. By the heart, your True Voice is heard. The Truth of you is contained within you. We can say in a manner of speech that the Truth of you runs along beside you, or We can say it runs way ahead of you, that which you call you, that which you are known by in the world, that which is a shell of you, a shell of you moved along by the vitality of your spirit. Call this vitality soul, if you like, for you are indeed a soul from Heaven who intermingles on Earth and then leaps back to Heaven from where your soul has never left. Everyone has a soul, and souls are beautiful even though they cannot be seen but known.

Whatever your mood, it’s contagious! See the smiling face of a loved one, and you smile inside too. Step onto a subway train full of tired, anxious commuters, and you’re instantly on edge. Whether your brain is in stress or in joy, that mood radiates outward, either inspiring others with your compassion, authenticity and joy or contributing to their emotional pollution and ramping up their stress levels. Whether it is stress or joy, your emotional state travels from brain to brain and person to person and lives inside others even after you are gone.

This transfer of moods happens through special nerve cells in the brain called mirror neurons. Interestingly, this a throwback to our ancestors needing to know instantly if a person was friend or foe—if a stranger approached with a brain set on fighting and anger, your ancestor would feel the same. Without the ability to sense the intentions of others, they were in grave danger. So these mirror neurons actually download the mood of one person into the brains of others.

But your mood swings are more than contagious—that great mood and that sour one actually change the brains of those around you. All of your moods, emotions and reactions are based on the interaction of neurons that come together in specific ways to send messages to the brain. These neural networks are the wiring of the emotional brain. New wires can be created by the transfer of moods, and once the wire is laid, it can easily be triggered again and again—without the influence of the person who originally passed that emotion on. So you’re shaping the wires in those around you on a daily basis—either strengthening the wires that promote joy or bolstering those that cause stress. And your wires live on in the brains of your children, and their children, which is why passing on that state of spiritual connection and compassion is vitally important for your future.

The new era of social responsibility is emotional. If you’re stuck in stress, you spread emotional pollution and the extremes of action and emotion that threaten the planet.

So how do you break the cycle? You can’t do it with insight or knowledge—or by simply deciding to do it—because the wires that inform your actions and feelings are stored in your elusive emotional brain. It only changes when you walk the talk. The more moments of the day you spend in a brain state of joy—connected, present, compassionate—the more your brain becomes wired for joy and the easier it is to bounce back from stress and find your emotional home base in that state of connection.

A method I developed with my neuroscience colleagues over the past 30 years at the University of California, San Francisco gives you more control over your emotional brain so you can take charge of your emotions more easily. The method is based on sensing which of the five universal emotional brain states you are functioning in at any particular time and using a tool to either maintain your current brain state or move yourself into a better one. The brain states range from Brain State 1, feeling joyful and content, to Brain State 5, feeling overwhelmed, confused, lost and hungry! In Brain State 1, you are in spirit, and in Brain State 5, you’re in survival mode—all about ego. You’ll do whatever it takes to get what you want when you want it—without regard to others. The tools give you the power to switch your brain back to Brain State 1—regardless of your current circumstances—as easily and quickly as possible.

Each time you use these tools, you weaken the wires that promote stress and strengthen those that bring joy. The goal is to rewire your brain from stress to joy, to take your emotional life into your own hands! Once you master this, you can become your own beacon of light, with your joy finding its way into the wiring not only of people you know, but also those you don’t know. It will even affect the brains of those who have yet to be born.

So when I get up in the morning, I remind myself that my job is to create more moments of joy in my day, and you should too! Make it your goal to lighten your emotional footprint on the planet and spread joy. Help others get to Brain State 1, and you can begin to create a world at 1.

The dawn of your awakening is at hand. In one way, you do not expect enough. In another way, you expect too much.

It is like when a country has a revolution. So much is desired, and yet there is much that stays the same. It is not a revolution in consciousness that you are waiting for. It is a growth in consciousness.

Your consciousness has been growing all along. Growth of consciousness isn’t usually phenomenally striking. It is natural. Seldom is it a lightning-flash. Do you have the idea that you are supposed to have a lightning-flash? Are you seeking drama, or are you seeking evolution?

Slow and steady usually wins the race.

No one has to notice spectacular happenings. You may notice changes in passing. You don’t even have to notice changes. Changes are or are not. The point of your growth is not what you notice.

Nevertheless, when you catch a glimpse of your growth, you can hold your shoulders back. You are empowered whether you notice it or not, and yet it is good for you to nod to the rung of the ladder that you are on.

The purpose of your life on Earth is not to notice changes, you understand. Noticing changes is a by-product.

When you go to the beach to get a tan, you don’t have to get a tan all at once. You don’t want to get burned.

Your evolution does not have to be radical. Radical isn’t better. It may be harder. And to what end would you desire radical change in yourself?

You may as well know that there is no finality to your growth while you are on Earth. There is more and more. There is no finish to the ladder you climb. There is more to Heaven than a last rung on a ladder.

Of course, the Truth is that you have already arrived in Heaven and never left. What We are talking about is recognition of where you are. The deed is accomplished, and now you will come to realize where you are and with Whom you are and Who you are. There is a difference in knowing you have a fortune and not knowing.

What if I did not know I was God?

And so you may think at this moment that I am giving you mixed messages. I say you are growing. I say you have more to grow to. I say the point of your growing is not the noticing of it, and yet I say it is good to notice where you are. You are in God’s Grace and always have been. It is not about what you are or are not. It is about knowing Me.

So long as you underestimate yourself, you also underestimate Me.

Enlightenment is not your goal. Your goal is to know Me. It is not for you to say about yourself: “I am enlightened.” It is not even for you to say about someone else: “He is enlightened.” Enlightenment is not a coup. It is not a phenomenon. It does not make you spectacular. It is in the natural course of events.

Your life is about coming closer to Me, and that can only be in your awareness. And yet your are not here on Earth to do a self-study or self-research of some kind. And, yet, when you know Me, you will know your Self. And yet you awaken for Me because I desire you to awaken. At the same time as it not for you that you awaken, it is to your benefit. If you awaken for you, then you may also be waking ego, and it is time for your ego to go to sleep.

God said:

Everyone’s heart is connected to every other heart. Hearts hold hands as children hold hands in ring-around-the-rosie. There is not one heart that is not connected to every other heart. All hearts are connected to your heart. All hearts are interconnected. When you consider that there is no time nor space, you can better see how this is so. Connections are made. They are effortless. Hearts co-exist with every other heart. Life on Earth rises and falls according to the heartbeat of all, and now heartbeats beat high notes, and love prevails.

Without time and space, every heart is attuned. There is no possible separation on any scale. If hearts are One with Mine, then all hearts are golden light shining in the firmament like stars.

How wonderful to love in Oneness. There is nothing else but Oneness. There is nothing like it.

And, yet in the world of Earth, love shining is not always visible. In this case, come back to your heart of love and let it be outstanding.

What an outcry there is for love on Earth. Love is waiting for you to claim it. Long live love.

Without love, what is there but striving and even strife? Have a heart full of love, for love surpasses all understanding, and love skips over all misunderstanding. Love knows what is real. Without love, fear and travesty have a heyday.

Although love is natural and love is your birthright, love may have to be relearned again and again. The only lesson is love. Behold love, and fill your heart with it. In the world, imperfection exists a-plenty, and, yet, the perfection of the light of love shines. Perhaps your love needs polishing or maybe not. Perhaps your love just has to come out and let the light of day shine on it. Let the sunshine of love warm your heart.

In Reality, you are a dynamo of love. In Reality, love is ignited in your heart. Your heart is full of love, and yet you may be shy with your love. You may be inhibited with your love. You may resist love and keep it back, keep it yet to be born, keep it shackled by rules and regulations. Will you free your heart and let it love fulsomely?

Now is the dawn of your love. Now there is no dismissal of love, no sunset of love, no termination, for what is love dependent on? The world may have made love a payment due when love is not about accountability. Love is to be freely given without bookkeeping or charges made. Nor is love to be a secret hoard kept for later. Love is to be rampant. There is not to be a sieve for love. Love is meant to be out there full-center, so it is known, felt, seen, without response required, and yet love poured out voluminously. Long live love.

Love is a great white steed that gallops across the frontier. Love is the prow of a ship that furrows through the ocean. There are no gaps left in the ocean. Love splashes and splashes without further ado. Love is a hearth where hearts warm themselves. Love beholds itself wherever it is from. Let love take precedence and belong to all.

Let love come center stage. Let love take over the world and declare itself, declare itself peace, joy, and harmony, and run the world, make the world divine and hearty and heard and listened to everywhere. Love is ready to be heard in every heart. The signal has been given. The flag of love has been raised. One love, One love everywhere, and love for all, and all for One.
