“Medicus curat, natura sanat” is an old Latin proverb meaning that the doctor treats a symptom but nature heals itself. I am a firm believer that our bodies have great capacity to self-heal themselves. What we need most during these challenging times is plenty of sleep and a good healthy and nutritious diet. Unfortunately, even our best efforts are not good enough anymore in today’s day and age because of depleted soils, contaminated water and air.
